Stir-fried Chicken Thighs with Mushrooms

- Appropriate amount of dried mushrooms
- Appropriate amount of chicken thighs

- Coke 300ml Sprite

- 1 spoon of salt
- 1 garlic

1.Wash the chicken thighs and marinate them in rice wine for 3 to 5 minutes.Cut the chicken thighs open
2.Soak the shiitake mushrooms in hot water and cut them into pieces for later use
3.Heat the frying pan, put the ginger and garlic in the pan and saute until fragrant, then quickly fry the marinated chicken thighs until golden brown
