Internet celebrity cake

- Chiffon cake 1 6 inches
- Almond slices 20g
- cream 30g
- sugar 5g
- salt 1g
- cheese 50g
- yogurt 30g
- 10g sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 12g corn starch
- 125g milk
1.I forgot to take pictures of some of the ingredients I prepared.
2.Put the cheese in a container, add salt and sugar, heat insulation water, melt and stir well
3.Add whipped cream and mix well

6.Add starch and mix well
7.Put the milk in the pot and boil
8.Pour the boiled milk into the egg yolk while stirring

10.Put the cheese sauce made before and the custard sauce just made and mix well
11.Cover with plastic wrap and let cool, then put it in a piping bag for later use
12.Bake in the oven at 160° for 10 minutes to 15 minutes
